Broccoli-description and how to store

Grilled Mustard Broccoli


  • Head of broccoli

  • Kosher salt

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon oil of choice

  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

  • 1½ teaspoons  paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric


Break down head of broccoli into florets. You can use the stems as well by peeling and cutting into 1/4" thick pieces. Cook for about 2 minutes until tender but still crisp, in boiling water then cool in a bowl of ice water.

Whisk the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add broccoli and toss until coated, add a pinch of salt.

Grill on medium-high heat until charred in areas.
