Cauliflower- Description and how to store
Sesame Cauliflower
Ingredients:

1 small head of cauliflower, chopped into florets

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1 tbsp minced garlic
-
1 ½ tsp toasted sesame oil

½ knub of ginger grated

1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot

1/4 cup water

sesame seeds and scallions,

Preheat oven to 450 F. Bake cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
While cauliflower is baking, mix together in a sauce pan the soy sauce, sweetener,vinegar, garlic and ginger. Bring this to a boil. Mix together the water and cornstarch. Slowly stir this in to the saucepan once it begins to boil.Turn heat down to medium and stirring continuously cook for 2 minutes. It should become a thick mixture.
Toss cooked cauliflower and sauce in bowl until cauliflower is coated.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and optional scallions on top, and serve.
*For a crispier cauliflower, broil for 1 or 2 minutes after baking.
