Cucumber and Snap Pea Salad
Ingredients

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon caraway seed

1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper

1 cucumber, sliced

1/2 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed and cut in half
Mix together the yogurt, vinegar, caraway seed, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add peas and cucumber and toss until fully coated. ​
